In this exclusive Q&A session, we had the privilege of speaking with Miguel Rios, CoE Director and Principal Solution Architect at Volteo Digital. Miguel shared a part of his own ServiceNow journey, shedding light on Volteo Digital's NextGen program and their comprehensive training initiatives.

How did you become interested in working with ServiceNow technologies?
"I became interested in ServiceNow technologies through an automation project in my previous role; I learned about integration, orchestration, and catalog items. Since then, I have been engaged and motivated to explore more, it is a technology that never stops surprising me"
How do you motivate and empower your team to develop young talent in the ServiceNow Ecosystem?
"Young talent always brings motivation and sets a high bar for us and the ecosystem, which naturally encourages and empowers our team, it is always to spend time with people who are willing to learn and are passionate about it."
Tell us about one initiative you are particularly proud of implementing and why?
"I am proud of implementing the NextGen program, which involves working with new talent and witnessing their ServiceNow career progression; It is rewarding helping them develop hard and soft skills necessary for the professional world, support them to overcome challenges and see their growth while growing alongside them."

Could you provide an example of how the Center of Excellence’s unique program has benefited students or professionals interested in developing their skills in the ServiceNow ecosystem?
"The Center of Excellence serves as a community of professionals, allowing individuals to benefit from the experience of others. Students gain mentoring and real-life experience, providing early exposure to the value of ServiceNow and build strong relationships inside the ecosystem."
What do you think sets the Center of Excellence apart from other educational institutions/training programs on ServiceNow?
"The CoE stands out due to its collaborative culture and the continuous sharing of knowledge. Collaboration is integral to the center, making knowledge accessible to everyone. We love to see people sharing and learning at the same time."
