Women are breaking the barriers and leaving behind the stereotypes and labels that have taken away the opportunity to develop their personal and professional life; together, as citizens of the world, we are collectively reaching a stage for further development and real cohesiveness.  When we come together, we make change inevitable, transformation is here, and a powerful transformation is also female.

Women’s empowerment, an economic catalyst


With women representing more than 50% of the population worldwide, the need to increase women’s participation in the workforce becomes crucial. It will drive economic benefits, improving quality of life, access to education and healthcare. 


Women are working together all over the world to break down barriers, challenge stereotypes, and improve the lives of women and girls in their communities. At Volteo, we are firm believers that by promoting gender equality at social and company layers, we will create a more diverse environment that will boost our economies, impacting families, communities, and overall society in this increasingly competitive and complex world.

The message is clear: it's not about ensuring that women have the same advantages as men, but that everybody, regardless of gender, age, culture, ethnicity, gets an equal range of opportunities.

As a progressive, transformation company, gender equality and inclusion have been in our core DNA.


In 2018, Volteo Digital launched the Women Who transform program, designed to celebrate, recognize, inspire and empower women. Our global and local initiatives continue to strengthen the participation of women in technology and business:

We search for this feeling in various places - with our family, friends, school, and beyond. I didn't truly appreciate the significance of this until I embarked on my career in public relations. This book made me reflect deeply on our membership community and its profound implications. What I've learned has shown me the value of meaningful connections.
